30 Day DOA (Dead On Arrival)  Policy

For DOA within 30-days of purchase, AG Neovo® offers to pay the shipping charge for repair only.

Should you experience an issue with your new monitor, we ask that you return the product to the company that it was originally purchased from. This is the quickest and most efficient way to resolve any issue.


 

1. DOA is defined when a monitor is properly connected to a power source and image source, no image is displayed or product's itself defects occur within specifieed DOA period under normal operation conditions.

2. Once a DOA claim is confirmed with our Customer Support Department, the customer should follow the Standard Warranty Service Procedure listed above to obtain an RMA number.

3. Use the original packaging if possible, or a local shipping depot can package it for you for a small fee.
